3. Dateline of Submissions and Opening of Bids: JUNE 25, 2020 (1:00 PM)
Bids must be delivered on or before JUNE 25, 2020, 10:00 a.m, Bid Opening shall be in the presence of the bidder-s representative who choose to attend at 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Government Center, Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU-Bayog Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during office hours from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-
The BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assume no obligation whatsoever to compensate indemnity to the contractor/bidder for any expense that they incur in the preparation of bid to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
