Bid documents may be secured from the BAC Secretariat Office upon payment of a nonrefundable
amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 5, 000.00) to the Cashier, Treasurer-s Office.
Bids must be delivered on or before MAY 11, 2018, 10:00 a.m, Bid Opening shall be in the presence of the
bidder-s representative who choose to attend at 3rd Floor, BAC Office, Municipal Government Building, Poblacion,
Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.
The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use nondiscretionary
-œpass/fail-criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-
The BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assume no obligation whatsoever to compensate indemnity to the contractor/bidder for any expense that they incur in the preparation of bid to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
