The Municipal Government of Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all interested bidders for the -œSUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EMERGENCY AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR FLOOD AND EARTHQUAKE- for preparedness and operations of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office.
Approved Budget For The Contract/ Estimated Budget: Php 388, 945.00
Contract Duration/Delivery Period: FORTY FIVE (45) days
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
1. Advertisement/Posting of Invitation to Bid: JUNE 9, to JUNE 18, 2020
2. Issuance of Bid Documents: JUNE 9, 2020
3. Dateline of Submissions and Opening of Bids: JUNE 25, 2020 (1:00 PM)
Bid documents may be secured from the BAC Secretariat Office upon payment of a non-refundable amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 500.00) to the Cashier, Treasurer-s Office.
Bids must be delivered on or before JUNE 25, 2020, 10:00 a.m, Bid Opening shall be in the presence of the bidder-s representative who choose to attend at 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Government Center, Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU-Bayog Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during office hours from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary-œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-
The BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assume no obligation whatsoever to compensate indemnity to the contractor/bidder for any expense that they incur in the preparation of bid to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
