(a) main frame : 72mmx55mm (b) mullion : 72mmx50mm (c) Glazed/gauzed shutter : 47mmx20.20mm (d) Glass beads size : 12mmx12mm (All section to be 0.58mm thick) Accessories : Each shutter (a) Stainless steel hinges : 02, (b) Aluminium powder coated bolt : 02Nos, (c) Aluminium powder coated handle : 01 Nos, Glass Panes : 5.00mm thick float glass. Wiremesh : Stainless steel wiremesh of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm. Grill : made of 10mm square MS bars welded @ 12 cm c/c fixed to 12mmx6mm thick MS plate. Note : The rates quoted by the bidders shall deemed to include entire window including grill, glass, wiremesh etc. The grill shall also be powder coated from factory. For dimensional reference Drg No CEDZ/TD/289 Sheet 1 R/2 and 2 R/2 shall be followed
