The Upendra Maharathi Crafts Research Institute invites short term tenders for the construction of a tableau based on the theme 'Har Hath Ko Skill, Har Skill Ko Udyog' and live demonstration by artists on a trolley truck at Gandhi Maidan, Patna on the occasion of 15th August, 2026. The successful bidder must complete all work by 4:00 PM on 13/08/2026 and submit it to the undersigned. The tableau will be constructed on a 14-wheeled truck measuring 40 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 15 feet high, decorated using Madhubani paintings, Tikuli paintings, Manjusha paintings, and flower garlands. The total rate for the tableau construction, decoration, and live display must be indicated at the end, including GST.
