Tender Details

The Commerce Section invites sealed bids for the purchase of roasted cashew nuts and cutting shells in stock from factories numbered 1 to 30 (excluding 10 and 13). Bids can be submitted separately or together for roasted cashew nuts and cutting shells from one or more factories. Participants must remove the cutting shells and roasted shells. Bids should be quoted at the GST inclusive price per kilogram, with a security deposit of Rs. 20, 000 per factory, accepted through RTGS/NEFT/SWIPING MACHINE (CARD). Bids must reach the Corporation Head Office by 2:30 PM on 28/07/2026, and will be opened at 3 PM on the same day. The validity of bids is until 15/09/2026. Successful bidders must remove cashew nuts without hindering factory operations, and no bills will be issued after 15/09/2026. Delivery orders require a minimum of 200 bags for a normal lorry and 420 bags for a large lorry. The contractor is responsible for any losses incurred due to delays or stock issues. The Managing Director reserves the right to accept or reject bids without reason.
