BOQ Item Description: Supply of 3-seater lounge sofa size(w)1660mm x (d)740mm x (h)720mm. Internal framework 12mm thick, anti-termite-treated plywood with moisture content of less than 12percent. Under-structure frame of 12mm thick kiln-dried german steam beech wood, high-quality zig-zag spring suspension. Joints to be bonded using super bond adhesive and reinforced with star screws, wooden pins & stapler pins. Panelled back & cushioned armrests, the entire structure padded using PU foam of 32 density. The seat, backrest and armrest cushioning shall utilize 40mm thick foam, all securely fixed using adhesive super glue. The final foam assembly shall be upholstered in premium yellow-pattern leatherette or as decided by EIC. The sofa shall feature sleek SS legs. The OEM Product shall be NABCB CERTIFIED ISO-9001 2015, ISO-14001 2015, OHSAS-18001 2007, ISO-45001 2018, ISO-50001 2018, ISO- 37001-2016 & ISO-13485. UL-Greenguard Gold, Greenpro, Indian Design Mark, AIOTA, FSC & SEDEX certified. The OEM shall also be a member of BIFMA and product of the OEM shall be certified as BIFMA LEVEL 1 compliant. Manufacturer shall submit BIS certificate.
