UNLOADING OF COAL CONSIGNMENT SHALL BE UNLOADED AFTER ACCERTAINING THE SUITABILITY OF SAMPLE DULY DRAWN JOINTLY BY THE CONSIGNEE AND FIRMS REPRESENTATIVE AFTER TESTING BY CMT /PER FOR CONFORMITY TO THE SPECIFICATION. The supply of each load should be provided with Test certificate, issued by G overnent or NABL accredited LAB or Third Party agency approved by Coal India/Ministry of Coal, confirming the spe cification parameters available in annexure. Unloading to be done by supplier only. Any deviation received in the off er other than the condition will be summarily rejected.
