Any financial term quoted anywhere else would not be considered. 2Tenderer should quote make model and specification of item being offered failing which offer is liable to be ignored. 3 Tenderer should attach purchase order/rites inspectioncertificate/completion report for past performance with respect to item being offered. 4 Railway reserves the right to purchase from RDSO/CLW/PU approved source and firmsclaiming of being approved source should attach certificate to this effect from RDSO/CLS/Pus. 5 Payment terms: 100 percent Payment against receipt and acceptance by theconsignee only is acceptable. Tenderer are required to submit their bank details for NEFT payment along with the offer. 6 Inspection: Consignee inspection after receipt ofmaterial. 7 Firms failing to supply the material within delivery period would liable to pay LD as per IRS conditions. 8 Tenderer should keep the validity of offer for 90 days failingwhich offer is liable to be considered unresponsive. 9 Guarantee/warranty of the product being offered should be as per IRS conditions. 10. Railways would not provide anyOctroi exemption certificate however Road permit would be issued on the firm request.
