Notice Inviting Tender (NIT): The Chief General Manager, HVF, Avadi for and on behalf of President of India invites quotation under the two bid system (Eligibility Bid and Price Bid) for the Civil / Electrical Works. Interested Contractors fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit online / e-offer. The details of the tender such as Qualifying Requirement, Terms & Conditions and Scope of Work are available on web site (https://eprocure-ofb.gov.in). The EMD should be in the form of Demand Draft / FDR drawn from a Nationalised Bank and in favour of Chief General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi and should be physically deposited / dropped at Civil Engineering Tender Box at HVF Admin Gate in a sealed cover mentioning the Tender Number, Name of the Work and Name of the Contractor on or before 03/02/2023 by 12:00 Hrs duly endorsed by Admin Gate Staff on duty. The Rates quoted by the tenderers must be inclusive of all taxes as applicable, including GST for all Civil works / Electrical works. All Corrigendum will be available only on the website (https://eprocure-ofb.gov.in).
