Set of Roof Elements for Lhb Coaches., as Per Drawing: Mprooflhb, Packing Inst Ruction: 1. the Supplier Shall Pack the Final Roof Element in a Suitably Designed Returnab Le Fixture in such a Way that Final Roof Element Shall not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twi Sted during Transportation, Storage and Lifting and to Avoid Scratches on Outer Surf Ace. it should be Wrapped with Enviroment Friendly Material and it should have Standa Rd Clamping /Fastening Mechanism so that it can be Opened Easily. it should have Firm's i Dentification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along with Final Roof Element be Retained by Rcf & this Fixture Shall be Exchanged in the Second Lot Supply and so On. at the End of the Contact, the Firm Shall Collect the Remaining Returnable Packing Fixtur E from Rcf. 3. the Packing Fixture/Frame to be Fabricated having Sufficient Strenght to Bear Approximate 1 Tonne Load in Static & Moving Condition of Five Coach Set of Final R Oof Element. 4. the Fixture /Frame/Pallet should be Designed so that the Packed Final R Oof Element Preferably Remain in Horizontal Position to Minimize Surface Area. 5. it Sho Uld Also be Suitable for Storage of Final Roof Element under Open Sky., Proction Procedur E: N.A, Quality Plan: N.A [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the Date of Delivery ] ]
