Instructions/Remarks: i Inspectorate reserves the right to deface/cut/damage the rejected stores before the same are returned to supplier to avoid recycling into the Railway system. ii Purchaserreserves the right to recover from the contractor as agreed LD and not by way of penalty in accordance with IRS rules. iii OEM is preferred and in case of non-quoting by OEM, Non-OEMs are to submit the Distributorship/Dealership Certificate along with the offer or else the offer will be summarily rejected. iv Guarantee Certificate to be produced alongwith the supply of material. v Material Test Certificate issued by OEM to be submitted along with the supply of material. vi Rate to be quoted inclusive of all taxes CST, VAT etc .vii Only specified Brand will be accepted. vii Firms should upload Credential Certificate regarding supply of similar material to Govt. Authority. viii Standard Packing is required.ix Inspection will be carried out at DLCF/Dankuni by the Consignee/Authorized Railway Representative of DLCF/Dankuni. x Supplier to deliver the material by Road Transporton door-delivery basis to Sr Section Engineer, DLCF/Dankuni, CCR Ground, PO: Dankuni, Dist: Hooghly WB . xi The Stores will be under Guarantee against anydamage/defect as per IRS condition. xii Other terms as per IRS Conditions of Contract.
