Qualifying Requirements :1)Bidder shall have registered and well established rubber lining works facility for rubber lining / ebonite lining of vessels / pipes / structures / CS components. Appropriate registration certificate (NSIC/ Factory license /Audited financial results for last 3 years) mentioning rubber lining / coating activity shall be submitted as documentary evidence. OUTSOURCING OF WORK TO A THIRD PARTY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.2)Bidder shall have rubber lining works equipments and testing instruments at bidders facility. Self attested list of such equipments and test instruments with specifications / capacity shall be provided with bid as documentary evidence.3)Bidder shall have executed similar work involving Rubber lining or ebonite lining of vessels or pipes of surface area not less than 40 sq. m. in single PO / WO within last 3 years from the date of submission of tender. In support of evidence, the bidder shall submit following documentary evidences.a.PO / WO Copy and Completion certificate in case of successfully completed PO / WO ORb.PO / WO Copy and receipted delivery challan in case of ongoing PO / WO.4)Bidder shall have demonstrated experience of successfully meeting the quality requirements of IS 4682 Part 1. Bidder shall submit following documentary evidencesa.Client approved QAP for successfully completed PO/WO.ORb.Inspection Reports as per quality requirements in IS 4682 Part 1 for successfully completed work.5)The documents mentioned as documentary evidence in sr no. 1 to 4 above are mandatory for submission along with the bid to enable technical evaluation of the bid. Absence of any documentary evidence shall result in technical disqualification of the bid.
