Item Title: Portable Cabin Cum Soldiers Rest Room

Item Description: a. Size : 20 feet length x 8 feet width x 8-6 feet height.

b. Base : 100 x 50 mm I-Beams (5 mm thk) which are connected by 80x40 mm pipes (2 mm) in Width and 50x50 mm square pipes (2 mm) in Length (Should be ISI Mark).). Welding procedure shall be TIG welding.
c. Top: 50x50 mm square pipes on the outer with 40x20 mm rectangular pipes and adequate slope for drainage.
d. Insulation: All voids within the external wall & inner wall are filled with RB glass wool 25 mm. thick
e. Ceiling:
i) Top outer 1.2 mm thick plain GI sheet(Make: Should be ISI Mark).
ii) Top inner decorated with 8 mm HMR grade MDF boards.
f. Wall Surface:
i) Exterior wall: - 1.2 mm corrugated GI Sheet.
ii) Internal wall: - 8 mm HMR grade MDF boards.
iii) Corner Post: - Square pipe of 50 x50 mm.
g. Flooring: 18 mm E-Board mounted with 1.3 mm Vinyl Flooring.
h. Electricals:
i Wire All wiring shall be concealed type & shall be PVC insulated:
1. 1.5 sq mm for ceiling lights and fans,
2. 2.5 sq mm for switch sockets, MCBs and plug points,
3. 4 sq mm for AC. (Make : ISI Brand)

ii. Main Switches As required (Make: ISI Brand)
iii. Lights 2 * LED tube lights (Make: ISI Brand )
iv. Fans 2 Nos Ceiling mounted cabin fans Make: ISI Brand.

i. Door: Especially bended door frame External wall and Inner wall of the door will be plain sheet of 1.2 mm with Godrej Latch lock and door handle and hand drop
j. Window : 3 Nos - Windows of size 3- x 3- shall be aluminum double shutter sliding type (Powder Coated) with dark floated glass, mosquito net and MS. Grill from outside.
k. Paints: All components are primed internally & externally and
painted with two coats of PU Paint (Make: ISI Brand).
l. Furniture : 2 No Bunk Beds Size 6-x 2-6” with mattress.
m. Weight : Min 2000 Kgs

Note : All ISI brand raw material should be used for the porta cabin.
