Introduction Bpcl Wadilube Is One Of The Biggest Lube Oil Blending And Filling Plant (Lobp) Producing Various Grades Of Lubricants. Raw Material I.E. Base Oil, Additive Are Stored In Various Tanks Which Is Used For Day Today Operation Jobs. Some Tanks I.E Blending Tanks, Additive Tanks, Holding Tanks, Settling Tanks Are Used For Blending /Storage Of Different Products. At The Time Of Grade Changeover In Above Tanks, It Is Essential To Clean These Tanks To Meet Required Specification As Per Quality Requirement/ Product Compatibility Matrix In Order To Maintain Quality Of Product At Every Stage. As Seen From The Manufacturing Process, Tank Cleaning Forms Important Step. For Carrying Out This Job, As Per Scope Of Work, Supply And Terms And Conditions, Most Competitive Offer Is Invited From The Tenderers.

The CA certificate should be dated after the date of floating of the tender and shall be specific to the tender for which bid is being submitted. Format of the CA Certificate is attached for reference.
