Heat Resistant Exterior Reflective Aluminium PU Paint suitable for WAP7 Loco cab roof top application with the follow ing specifications: Type - Polyurethane based; Application Surface- Exterior metal (MS/Aluminium); Shade - White/Silver with high s olar reflectance; Finish - Smooth and semigloss/ matt; Heat Resistance - upto 200 deg C; Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) - greater tha n or equal to 100 (tested as per ASTM E1980); Adhesion - Passes Cross Hatch Test (ASTM D3359); Flexibility -Passes Mandrel Bend Test (ASTM D522); Impact Resistance - Passes (1kg/1" dia/25" height); Drying Time - Surface Dry: less than or equal to 30 minutes, Hard Dry: less than or equal to 24 hours at 30 deg C; Application - Brush, Roller or Spray; Shelf Life - Minimum 12 months; UV Resis tance - Passes 1000 hours exposure (ASTM G154); Water and Humidity Resistance - Passes 500 hours at 95% RH; Salt Spray Resist ance - Passes 96 hours in 5% NaCl fog (ASTM B117); Curing - Ambient air dry or force cure optional as per process.
