Consultancy services for acquisition and implementation of International Railway Industry Standard-IRIS (ISO- 22163) as per scope of work at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, Chittaranjan. (i) Gap Analysis/Internal Assessment Report for Rail Quality Management System as per ISO 22163:2023 or the latest amendment of the same following the Corrective Action for the identiï¬ed Gaps. (ii) Internal Auditors Training (for beginner) on Rail Quality Management System as per ISO 22163:2023 or the latest amendment of the same for Officers and Supervisors (02 Batch - consisting 15 Nos. in each batch - Total 30 Nos.). (iii) Internal Auditors Training (for already trained) on Rail Quality Management System as per ISO 22163:2023 or the latest amendment of the same for Officer and Supervisor (02 Batch - consisting 15 Nos. in each batch - Total 30 Nos.). (iv) Awareness Training Session on Rail Quality Management System for Officer and Supervisors (03 Batch - consisting 20 Nos. in each batch - Total 60 Nos.). (v) Provide Certiï¬cate for all Internal Auditors and other Trainees after completion of training. (vi) Implementation Assistance. (vii) Support during External Certification Audit. (viii) Assistance in Non-Conformity Closure.
