Item Description: Design manufacture and supply of safety fencing at Bottom drop solutionizing furnace and drawing is attached in Annexure1 Fencing machine guards will be of modular in construction and it is made up of 3.00mm thickness steel wire weld mesh with 25 x 25 mm matrix with outer frame work made out of ISA 40 x 40 x 5 angle section structural steel with intermediate stiffener rods of 10 x 10 mm square rod bars The frame is supported at every 2mt wide vertical pillars made out of 60 x 60 x 3mm thick CR hollow section and anchored to the floor with bearing base plate of 8 mm thickness The fencing will have to be provided with two nos of 4125mm wide foldable access door and one 2675 mm wide swing door The entire mesh frame work is totally detachable in design and it will be supported to the vertical pillar member at four corners with bolt and nut fasteners The fencing guard will be provided with hinged door access facility The fencing mesh guard frame work is cleaned degreased phosphated and primered with zinc chromate yellow oxide primer and finished with synthetic enamel paint of standard colour Size of Fencing Machine Guard Length 92 feet x Height 6 feet approximately
