BOQ Item Description: Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to earth lead galvanised iron 4mm dia wire by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvd iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1 ratio 3 ratio 6 type C2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009.
