1) 100% payment to be deposited in RIL Account within 30days from the date of Auction completed. If not deposited EMD amount will be forfeited and RIL will have rights to go for New Auction.
2) After depositing of 100% Amount, Customer should lift material within 40 working days . If there is any delay RIL having rights to forfeit the EMD amount & Deposited amount, and RIL will go for New Auction.
Liaising with Customs in the customer scope (i.e Bill of entry Filing and other misc. activities with customs) and applicable Customs duty will be paid directly by Company after filing of BOE., (Qty: 1072.5 MT)
