EMD will be forfeited if buyer fails to make payment beyond 14 days from the last date of payment mentioned in sale order
The buyer will be automatically deactivated after 7 days from the date of the Sale Intimation Letter for non-payment of the EMD and will be permanently deactivated after 21 days for non-payment of the Full Material Value (where the EMD has not been paid). Reactivation will be permitted upon payment of the applicable penalty.
