Drywall work during ongoing hospital operations. ZOP drywall work ex. 3-5 The Pius Hospital Oldenburg is planning the “Restructuring ZOP” construction project as part of restructuring measures. The subject of the tender is drywall work structural inventory in ongoing hospital operations. Essentially, the subject matter of the tendered services, which are specified in more detail in the list of services: delivery and production of stud walls with cutouts and openings, Fire protection cladding, ceiling systems, fire protection ceilings, additional profiles, cladding and inspection panels as well as the creation of openings in GKB slab ceilings in various construction stages. Execution periods for partial services as follows: Construction stage 3 (approx. 80% of the output): - Fire protection cladding steel beams and stud walls / studs + 1-sided planking 45 working days - Closing stud walls 25 working days - Suspended ceilings 40 working days The screed installation takes place between the closing of the Stand walls and the installation of the suspended ceilings require an interruption in installation of three calendar weeks. Construction stage 4 (approx. 20% of performance): - Fire protection cladding, steel beams and stud walls / studs + 1-sided paneling 20 working days - Close stud walls 10 working days - suspended ceilings 15 working days The provision of services for construction stage 4 takes place at a time lag of approx. 8 months to construction stage 3.
