The objective of this assignment is to undertake anassessment on the optimal location for a potential Emissions Reductions Program(ERP) in Zambia, from within the original TRALARD I program area, anddevelop recommendations on key ERP design elements and considerations in closecollaboration with World Bank staff and in consultation with GRZ counterpartsas well as other partners and stakeholders. This assessment will feed into the preparationof a broader concept note for the new potential jurisdictional ERP inZambia to be further developed with support from the World Bank through prospectiveSCALE funding and the prospective TRALARD II project.
