Youth welfare reporting in Bavaria from 2027 The Bavarian State Youth Welfare Office (BLJA) is part of the central state authority Center Bavaria, Family and Social Affairs (ZBFS). It commissions the redesign of youth welfare reporting in Bavaria (JuBB). Compact, web-based and modular reporting system for Bavaria-wide youth welfare reporting. The aim of this call for tenders is to conceptually redevelop a reporting system that integrates JuBB data sheets via an interface as well as municipally relevant population, social and performance data are linked. The system must offer automated plausibility checks, interactive analysis and forecasting functions, infographics, role-based data protection and export functions. Through JuBB should The youth welfare offices are supported in public relations, technical planning and control. Appropriate training and support must be ensured. A framework contract is to be advertised for the Bavarian youth welfare offices, which has a term of 4 years, starting from January 1st, 2027 until December 31st, 2030.
