We are looking for a contractor for window and carpentry work The present construction project is the construction of a new residential complex for students and trainees, consisting of 3 Residential buildings and shared underground car park. The Construction site is located in the construction area at Waidesgrund (construction field 6), Dr. Walter Lübke Street 36037 Fulda. In total, living space will be created for 173 students and trainees. The underground car park is accessed from the head of House C via a short ramp developed. The subject of this lot is the work, delivery and assembly services for prefabricated, non-load-bearing facade modules in timber frame construction for the upper floors 1st to 3rd floor of the construction project. Including the window work (installation in masonry) Ground floor and the front side windows (installation in reinforced concrete). The facade modules are functional, factory-prefabricated units including the associated windows, sun protection devices, external window sills, To deliver and install fall protection or fall-protecting glazing, airtight element levels, external water-conducting levels, fastenings, connecting and sealing materials as well as all necessary ancillary services.
