Tender Details

We are looking for a contractor for heating, ventilation and plumbing installation work. The subject of the service is the heating, ventilation and sanitary installation of 138 residential units, the connection of 109 prefabricated wet rooms and 32 wet rooms conventional construction. Also required is the internal negative pressure roof drainage of all buildings, the installation of a heat pump system for hot water preparation, the installation of 3, 500 m² of underfloor heating, and an individual room ventilation system DIN 18017-3, installing a garbage room ventilation system, setting up a central fresh water station for all wet rooms and setting up a dry extinguishing system in the underground car park with 4 extraction points and central feed.
