Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Works on Extension of the AEP Networks of the Scan Water Station of Bafou, from Zemto to Baleveng in the Commune of Nkong-Zem in Emergency Procedure.

Consistency of the services
The works covered by this invitation to tender are constituted as follows:

Installation of the site, bringing and retreating of the material;
Topography study (including longitudinal profile and contour lines)
Opening and closing of the 0.3 x 0.7 trenches with sand bed, warning netting and marking stake
Supply and installation of distribution pipe in PeHD DN 50, 10 bars
Supply and installation of distribution pipe in PeHD DN 40.10 bars
Supply and installation of distribution pipe in PeHD DN 32, 10 bars
Reinforcement of the station`s postabilisation unit
Construction and installation of good fountains with two taps with meters including all safety requirements.
Road / river / nozzle crossing including all matters of driving safety
Manhole construction for valve (Sectioning of at least one internal side meter and one meter deep, covered by a scorched concrete sight) secure and accessible by a person in case of possible maintenance
Supply and installation of sectional valves / End of network
Supply and installation of DN 50 volumetric meter for network management
Chamber construction for secure purge
Construction and installation of ventourses
Supply and installation of drain
Supply and installation of plumbing accessories including all safety constraints (non-return valve).

Acquisition of the file
The tender dossier can be obtained from the secretariat of the Mayor of the Municipality of Nkong-Zem upon publication of this notice against payment of a non-refundable sum of 50, 000 (fifty thousand) CFA francs payable to the municipal revenue of Nkong-Zem.

Provisional security
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender deposit valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for the validity of tenders, established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list appears in the CAD (Exhibit 13).
