Tenders are invited for Works Contract of Electrification of Tshaathoka Veterinary Camp Staff Houses and Office.
Closing Date: 20 December 2017 at 10:00 (Local Time)
Site Inspection: A compulsory site visit will be conducted on 8 December, 2017 from 09:00 hours to 10:00 hours and bidders are to assemble at Tshaathoka Gate before 0850 hours where they will be guided to the site. Registration will be from 09:00 hours until 10:00 hours and no other contractor will be allowed to register afterwards. No bidder will be allowed to represent more than one company during the site visit.
Restriction: The Procuring Entity is Department of Building and Engineering Services. Tenderer who is domiciled in Botswana must. in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: Code: 02. Sub-Code(s): 01. (General Installations) or Code: 04, Sub-Code: 01 all Grade: A. Please note that this is the new coding system and the old coding system will not be used. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 hours on 20 December, 2017 at the Office of the District Commissioner and tender opening shall be carried out immediately after closing on the same date in the presence of bidders wishing to attend at the Office of the District Commissioner inside Tutume RAC. Documents must be submitted in one (1) "Original" and two (2) "Copies" each clearly marked: "Tender No. CDTU/DATC/DBES-TUT/VI/2017-2018" and Title written on a plain sealed envelope and bid submissions must he addressed to the District Commissioner, P.O. Box 39, Tutume. Late tender offers will not he accepted. Companies which submit multiple bids will be disqualified during evaluation.
