2. The National Office of Sanitation of Senegal (ONAS) obtained a loan from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) to finance the Saint Louis City Sanitation Project, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Turnkey Contract for the Rehabilitation and Reinforcement Works at the STEP de Saint-Louis. 6. The requirements for qualifications are:
