Lots: Work on the development/adjustment of regulatory/technical documentation/technological diagrams/passports/local estimates - Due to the long-term use of the institution's building, some structural elements are worn out. During the inspection it was revealed cracking of plaster on the walls of the building, defects in some parts of the ceiling, deterioration of floor coverings, and deterioration of doors and windows. In addition, the condition of engineering networks (lighting system, water supply) also requires complete reconstruction. The service includes ourselves: Complete technical inspection of the building; Detection of defects in internal and external parts; Preparation of an inspection report for defects for major repairs; Development of estimates in accordance with construction codes and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Reports on internal repair work of the institution's building (walls, ceiling, floor, doors and windows and other elements); External repair work (facade, roof, entrance and other structures); Inspection of external gazebos (bisetta) in the courtyard of the institution and preparation of an act inspection for defects and estimates for their repair; Providing documents to the customer in paper and electronic form.
