Lots: Work on routine repairs of residential buildings/structures/premises - Routine repairs of the roof of the building, as well as the roof of the second floor: opening metal tiles and profiled sheets, identifying roof defects, identifying leak points, eliminating defects. Start work after the snow has completely melted from the roofs and warm, dry weather has set in! The work should be carried out at the address: Karasu village, st. A. Isakova, 65, in accordance with the requirements of building codes and regulations in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan. All material used is new and is included in the cost of the work. Work should be carried out strictly according to local estimates. Preliminary approval with the Customer of all types of repair work and materials is MANDATORY! The work completion date is April 2026.
