Tenders are invited for work to bring electrical transformer substations into compliance

The Tender Documents can be obtained from the General Management of the SCDP/Markets Unit located in the building housing the SCDP Medico-Social Center BP: 2271 Tel (+237) 233 40 54 45, Post 12060 or (+237) 699 71 75 38/ Fax (+237) 233 40 47 96 upon publication of this Invitation to Tender, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of forty thousand (40, 000) CFA Francs payable in account No. 33598800001-89 entitled “CAS-ARMP Special Account” opened in the BICEC Agencies of the regional capitals and the cities of Limbe and Dschang.

Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, and valid for thirty (30 ) days beyond the date of validity of the offers, in the amount of nine thousand (900, 000) CFA francs.
It must include a handwritten note jointly committing the said establishment in accordance with article 14 of the revised OHADA uniform act on the organization of security interests.
