In the context of this Tender, the Municipality intends to purchase the Wmo Aids as referred to in the Social Support Act (Wmo 2015).
The Assignment consists of making available on a rental basis individual movable facilities (including adjustments), hereinafter referred to as: Aids in the context of the Wmo and the associated services in the form of service including maintenance and cooperation with chain partners. The resources remain the property of the provider, ownership does not transfer to the Municipality or Client.
On the basis of the Wmo, the Municipality is responsible for ensuring that Clients who experience limitations in their self-reliance and social participation receive appropriate support to compensate for this. Providing resources is one of these forms of Wmo support. Resources become available to remove or reduce limitations in mobility and to compensate/increase the Client's self-reliance and participation options.
