Tender Details

The municipality of Bergen op Zoom is responsible for the management and maintenance of the public space. Public lighting is part of the public space. The municipality of Bergen op Zoom has decided to separate the delivery of smart fixtures to contract for maintenance of public lighting. The maintenance specifications were put out to tender in 2025. The purpose of the luminaire specifications is to contract a supplier to supply luminaires. 3.1.1 Introduction The municipality has a choice in this regard tender procedure for selecting a manufacturer/supplier for the supply of functional cone and case luminaires. The tenderer must be able to supply at least one type of cone luminaire and at least one type of case luminaire that meets all requirements specifications and technical requirements from this document including all appendices. The tenderer chooses the best luminaire from his portfolio with which to register.
