The potential supplier in the application for participation in the tender must provide information about the country of origin of the goods and the manufacturing plant. Tire dimensions, speed symbol, load index and additional characteristics must correspond to the tire parameters. Tires must be equipped with rim tape. Tires must be new, not used or demo samples, not retreaded, not repaired, not removed from long-term storage. The following must be indicated on the tires: 1) trademark of the manufacturer; 2) serial number; 3) tire size; 4) date of manufacture of the tire.
