Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH Service contract for trade fair logistics at the RMCC in Wiesbaden Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WiCM) is a company under the umbrella of TriWiCon and is responsible for the operation of the RheinMain event venue Congress Center. The subject of this tender is the awarding of logistics services to ensure smooth event operations at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC). This includes the award of a hub monopoly for implementation all loading activities at the location as well as the fulfillment of logistical functions throughout the entire logistics process. The areas of application for trade fair logistics include: • Entry and exit checks including deposit collection • Loading yard management • Loading and shipment • Full and empty container logistics • Disposal The exact scope of work and process requirements are specified in the enclosed service description. The term of the contract is two years, starting on November 1st, 2026 (expected) and ends on October 31st, 2028 (expected). If the contract is not terminated in writing three months before the end of the term, it will be automatically extended by a further year at the time of each provisions applicable at the end of the contract.
