Web design conception Web design realization The Goethe-Institut e.V. plans to procure web design services. It is intended to have a framework contract for a period of four years with a service provider for lot 1 and up to three Service providers in lot 2 to close. A detailed description of the required service can be found in Appendix A "Service Description". Lot 1: Web design conception The Goethe-Institut approaches the contractors with a problem. The best approach and the group of participants are discussed together - in many cases, colleagues from foreign institutes and/or other departments are involved in generating ideas. The contractor moderates the workshops and brings ideas and visualizes initial aspects. The development of the prototypes should be iterative and user-centered. Gathering user feedback early is part of the process. Your tasks include - moderation of workshops (series) remotely or on site, e.g. remote design sprints - support of the ideation process, active participation in idea generation - formulation of jobs-to-be-done, usage scenarios, user journeys - development of new ideas and concepts to optimize usability and users Experience as well as the conversion rate - Prototyping (low/medium/high fidelity) - Validation of ideas and prototypes with users - Optional: Implementation of web designs that are not implemented in the CMS "Contens"...
