Web-based impact survey As part of the Competition Authority's internal strategy and development work, the Authority wishes to survey selected target groups' knowledge and attitudes related to competition policy, competition legislation and the Competition Authority's work, as well as the effects of the authority's enforcement. The Norwegian Competition Authority has carried out similar investigations several times, the last times were in 2017 (among company managers, business lawyers and competition law lawyers), 2020 (among competition law lawyers) and 2021 (among company managers and business lawyers). The survey will survey 1. The company managers' and business advisers' knowledge of the Norwegian Competition Authority, competition policy and the Competition Act. 2. The company managers' and company advisers' perception of The Norwegian Competition Authority's values ​​and target achievement. 3. Company managers' experience of anti-competitive behavior and anti-competitive regulations. 4. Effects on companies of the Competition Authority's enforcement (changed behavior as a result of the competition rules and the inspectorate's work). 5. Competition law lawyers' and other advisers (internal and external) specialized in competition law's perception of the Norwegian Competition Authority, and effects of the Norwegian Competition Authority's enforcement. 6. Knowledge of and impression of the Competition Authority and its work among purchasers in public enterprises.
