Tender Details

The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for deliveries of ground fuel in bulk to all of the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s facilities in the South region. The framework agreements shall ensure stable supply of ground fuel in peace, contingency situations, conflict, crisis and war, in order to ensure the Norwegian Armed Forces operative ability. See part II (General Contract Terms), Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. The framework agreement includes all delivery locations with post codes from 7999 and lower.
