The Government of the Republic of Burundi (hereinafter referred to as the Client", or "the Beneficiary" obtained a donation ("the Donation") from the Transition Support Facility (TAF) administered by the African Bank of Development (the "Bank") and executed by the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Livestock through the Project to Support the Sustainable Development of Agriculture and Livestock Value Chains in Burundi (PADCAE-B) ("the Client"). The Client/Recipient intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this Donation to payments relating to the market for which the presentThis request for proposal is issued. The Bank will only make payments at the request of the Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture and Livestock through the Support Project for the Sustainable Development of Agriculture and Agriculture Value Chains. Breeding in Burundi (PADCAE-B), after havingapproved said payments, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "grant" agreement.
