Project Name: WATER YARD CONSTRUCTION IN JUBA, CENTRAL EQUATORIA STATE
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire to construct one water yard in Juba which will consist of two (2) boreholes fitted with submersible pumps, four (4) water points, a solar system in a fenced area and elevated water tower with fabricated steel tank of storage capacity 20m3 for which this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued.
IOM now invites eligible Contractors to submit Quotations contractor to carry out the entire works of mobilizing machinery, drilling boreholes, and provide all the required tools, equipment, materials, labor and ensure that all the necessary requirements of borehole development, testing and sanitary apron are up to the required standards as clearly specified on the technical specifications in the BoQ. A complete set of Request for Quotations GIC (including Terms of Reference (TOR) BOQ and drawings) is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at IOM Juba Office or you may request it through email address at issjp@iom.int .
The Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM with office address at Juba, New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba South Sudan, on or before 28th May, 2018. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers
