Water supply Rhinwiesen LP 7-9 The Brandenburg State Office for the Environment intends to build water management systems to raise the water levels in areas A and B of the Rhin meadows in the districts of Langen and Wustrau (municipality Fehrbellin). The subject of the tender is planning services for service phases 7 to 9 plus special services in accordance with HOAI for the following structures: - new construction of 2 inlet structures (EBW A and EBW B), - new construction of 3 adjustable small dams, - renovation of the former Birkenhof pumping station, - establishment of control levels. The services are not divided into lots. The commissioning of partial area B is optional. There is no entitlement to commission. With the performance is immediately after to begin awarding the contract. Service phases 1 to 6 have already been completed. This includes in particular: - approval planning, - implementation planning, - water law permits, - nature conservation statements and notices, - Coordination with UWB, UNB and building inspection body. Some of the coordination with individual owners and managers has not yet been completed. These are not the responsibility of the contractor. The existing documents will be sent to the contractor digitally after the contract has been awarded provided. The offer must be calculated separately for sub-area A and sub-area B.
