Water-side oil control Bremen, V0343/2026 The Senator for the Environment, Climate and Science, Department 32 - Quantitative Water Management, Flood and Coastal Protection, Marine Environmental Protection, as the client (AG), intends to conclude a Management contract for the rapid, professional and legally secure combating of water pollution caused by oil, oil products and comparable substances in the municipality of Bremen. The aim of this tender is to ensure that it is available at all times water-side capacity for combating pollutant accidents for the municipality of Bremen in accordance with Sections 92 ff. of the Bremen Water Act (BremWG) in conjunction with Section 100 of the Water Resources Act (WHG). The service includes in particular the provision of a suitable one water-side operational capacity as well as their rapid, professional and legally compliant use to combat water pollution caused by oil, oil products and comparable substances.
