The country's health facilities remain confronted with a recurring problem of access to water, hygiene and sanitation in general. Thus users of these training courses do not receive the desired care under the required conditions and patients often expose themselves to high risks contamination of diseases in health structures. Sanitation facilities are dilapidated and deteriorate over time significantly affecting the conditions of reception and treatment of patients. Assuming access to water, hospitals largely depend on the Distribution networks of cities and communities which are very vulnerable and little maintained with consequence, an availability of water in random and very limited hospitals. The Domoni CHD which receives the most users at the Ile d'Anjouan is composed of different works which are mostly in continuous obsolescence conditions and which no longer offer a satisfactory environment in the management of users and patients. It is in this context that the Ministry of Health of the Comoros Union works with its multilateral partners for Enhance the level of service and reception and care conditions in health facilities.
