Tender Details

The purpose of the service is to supply the university catering facilities, the dormitories and the administrative areas with washroom hygiene items. The service includes the delivery of washroom hygiene items, the provision and installation of necessary dispensers as welle the appropriate provision and updating of training documents.
The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with a company.
The term begins on February 1st, 2024 and ends on December 31st, 2024. There is a three-time extension option for one year each. The contract extends sI automatically if it was not terminated at least 6 months before the end of the contract.
After 3 possible extensions, the contractual relationship ends automatically on December 31, 2027 without the need for termination. The contract ends when the total quota in the tender documents is reached. 275, 000.00 net is also reached before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline.
