The project includes a comprehensive assessment and refurbishment of Warehouse Buildings #256, #280, #281, and #282, addressing structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, safety, and security deficiencies to restore the facilities to a safe, functional, and durable condition for long-term operational use. Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:• Preliminary technical assessment;• Roof and skylight waterproofing refurbishment;• Refurbishment of ribbon windows;• Repair and maintenance of motorized doors;• Replacement and maintenance of emergency exit doors;• Replacement of entrance/exit canopy structures;• Repair of damaged concrete flooring;• Roof refurbishment works on Building #256. The anticipated project duration is up to 120 calendar days, including mobilization, implementation, and close-out activities. The approach of the contract is on all-inclusive basis, therefore the selected contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and associated resources necessary for the successful execution of the works.
