The Pfalzklinikum is planning to expand the juvenile detention center in the southern area of the clinic site in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The extension includes a 2-storey new building (with a partial basement as a waterproof construction) incl. Access area and sports hall provided. The building is an in-situ concrete, semi-prefabricated (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction designed. A separate workshop for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the building Scope of expansion and thus to the construction project. The workshop is also designed as an in-situ concrete and semi-prefabricated construction (walls). The tender includes all high-current, low-current and safety-related systems with the associated Cabling. Essentially consisting of low-voltage main and sub-distribution boards, general electrical installations, lighting, security lighting, lightning protection and photovoltaic systems.
