Steel construction work
The Pfalzklinikum is planning to expand the juvenile detention center in the southern area of the clinic site in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The subject of this EU-wide tender is the steel construction work section. The expansion is planned with a 2-story new building (with a partial basement as a WU construction) including an access area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, semi-prefabricated (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction. A separate workshop for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the expansion. This tender concerns the steel construction work section (manufacture, delivery, corrosion protection and assembly of the steel and metal constructions for house 49N and the workshop, in particular the burglar-resistant enclosure and cable net construction of the open terrace).
