Crafts Code (HwO) - general Vocational training The aim of external vocational training (BaE) according to §§ 76 ff SGB III is to provide trainees who need special help due to a learning disability or social disadvantage through vocational training in a to enable the start, continuation and successful completion of vocational training in an external institution. All opportunities must be taken to ensure that trainees can transition to a company training position support financially. With the BaE in the integrative model, the practical and theoretical instruction is provided by the contractor. The practical training is supplemented by in-company training phases. Bidders must have experience in implementation can provide evidence of such achievements in the last 3 years.
