VKE D022, A3/A4/A59 AD Heumar - Environmental construction support The construction project is a project of the Federal Republic of Germany - Federal Highway Administration, which is being carried out by DEGES - German Unity Trunk Road Planning and Construction GmbH, Düsseldorf branch. The Heumar motorway triangle (AD) is part of the southeastern Cologne motorway ring and connects the A3, A4 and A59 motorways. The existing buildings, some of which were built in the 1930s, are missing. In the interests of holistic and long-term optimization, it was therefore decided to reorganize the entire AD Heumar with the main directional lanes. Environmental construction support (UBB) must be used to prepare for and accompany the project. Necessary protection, avoidance and reduction measures to protect nature and the landscape are presented in the landscape conservation accompanying plan and the environmental documents.
